Apex EP Solutions Group · Orange County, California
Auto body, collision and RV repair. Built by someone who writes estimates and turns wrenches, not by an agency that has never stood on a shop floor. You own every account we touch.
What a collision shop actually gets
Most firms sell one of these and hand you a report. Apex is accountable for all five, and for whether the jobs show up on your board.
The breakdown
It is five, and every one of them is a place a job goes sideways. Take the vehicle apart and you can see them. We instrument the parts, not the slogan.
Insurance estimate review, line by line, field by field. The deductible is where the error hides. A sublet line defaults to a taxed category and nobody catches it until the cheque comes up short.
Ordered, received, matched to the RO, on the shelf with a label carrying the real number. The blocker clears when the box is scanned, not the next time somebody walks past the rack.
Who is on what, what is waiting on a part, what ships today. One screen, a session per person. Panels read LIVE or UNAVAILABLE, never a guess dressed up as a number.
Told what happened, when it happened, with the photo. Drafted the moment the job changes so it goes out while it is still true.
What the job cost you against what it paid. Which carrier argued, which line they cut, how long it sat. The number you price the next one from.
Proof, not promises
Every number below was read off the machine. Anything unfinished says so on this page, in writing.
The matcher found a real $250 deductible error and a mis-bucketed $388.92 on a live repair order. Not yet: price entry, vehicle selection and line editing inside the estimate are still being built, so a person finishes the estimate today. No real part has run the receiving rail. Running two shops on one system is designed rather than built.
Who this is for
We stay in the lanes we have actually worked in. Outside them we are just another agency, and we would rather tell you that.
Independents and multi-location groups.
Class A, B and C. One-off units, real diagnostics.
Moto, ATV, UTV and marine dealers and service.
Race teams, custom builders, tuning shops.
Where we work
Close enough to stand in your shop, which is the only way any of this works.
Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Orange, Fullerton.
Mission Viejo, Laguna, San Juan Capistrano, and south to San Clemente.
LA County shops and groups.
You own everything. Every domain, every account, every login is in your name on your card. Apex takes delegate access and nothing more.
Common questions
Yes. Collision and body shops are the lane Apex was built in, alongside RV service, powersports and motorsports. The shop operating system running today is deployed at a collision and RV center in Orange County.
It runs on the shop's own hardware. It reads photos, compares a carrier's estimate to the shop's line by line, receives parts against the repair order and prints labels on the floor. It drafts. It does not send, submit or lock anything, and there is no code path for it to.
The client does. Every domain, every account and every login is registered in the client's name on the client's card. Apex takes delegate access. Fire Apex on a Tuesday and the business still has all of it.
Yes, as part of the marketing work: categories, service areas, the website field, photos and the review path. The profile stays owned by the shop.
Against jobs that landed on the board, not clicks on a dashboard. That is the reason the operating system and the marketing are built by the same firm.
Yes, and it is the fastest way to understand what Apex builds. It runs a carrier estimate against a shop estimate and shows what the carrier left out.
Price entry, vehicle selection and editing an existing line inside the estimate are still being built, so a person finishes the estimate today. No real part has run the receiving rail yet, and running two shops on one system is designed rather than built.
